In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support case system. Every support request is assigned a unique case number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a case.

Managing an existing case
If you already have a case, there are 3 ways to look up the details:
- Look up through your email that you used to contact us
- Have us to send a link to view case details online (case ID and email is required)
- Contact us for details
